What is the most effective way of meditation for beginners?
Although meditation is the foundation of Hindu spiritual practice, it has been totally neglected as there are very spiritual masters and gurus that actually propagate this practice. It is our great fortune that with the Divine guidance of Brahmarshi Subash Patriji the 'Anapanasati technique of meditation (introduced by Lord Buddha) has now been widely accepted as the easiest and effective way of meditation. The Pyramid Spiritual Societies Movement is actively promoting this Anapanasati meditation.
